EMBASSY SUITES BY HILTON JONESBORO RED WOLF CONVENTION CENTER

Embassy Suites by Hilton Jonesboro Red Wolf Convention Center is a LEED Certified Building. This facility utilizes solar panels, does not allow single-use plastics, and recycles cardboard and other materials. Embassy's Green Team meets monthly to discuss current projects and awareness opportunities to be more sustainable. One of O'Reilly Hospitality Management's four pillars includes the Green Team and its commitment to sustainability.

The team also utilizes hybrid company vehicles along with using a company that helps the laundry reduce the amount of water needed to wash linens and towels. This Embassy property participates in a program with cleantheworld.com to recycle gently used soap products.

Thank you, Embassy Suites, for prioritizing sustainable business practices!

CRAIGHEAD ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE

Craighead Electric Cooperative is a leader in our community when it comes to clean energy. Not only do they offer free energy audits to its members, they also operate Solar One which is a 3,888-panel solar farm that covers 8 acres of land. All of the energy produced by the Brian Duncan Solar Generation Facility is consumed locally. This land also serves as a habitat for butterflies, bees, and other beneficial insects that are dwindling from the landscape, as well as other wildlife like cottontail rabbits, bobwhite quail, and Neotropical grassland songbirds. Any customers that are considering solar energy are encouraged to reach out to Craighead Electric for free advisory services!

Thank you, Craighead Electric, for committing so many resources to providing clean energy and information to those in our region.

ART ADVERTISING

As a printing company, Art Advertising recycles paper goods from manufacturing along with wooden pallets, packaging, and retired electronics. Their office recently got an LED lighting upgrade as well as an energy-efficient Dura-Last roof. The facility uses Geo Thermal heating & air equipment in both production facilities. Their team also hosts Earth Day events with various local schools!

Great work, Art Advertising. Thank you for prioritizing recycling and other eco-friendly business practices.
