Teens: Anti-Valentine's Day Event

Friday, February 12, 2016 - 7:00pm
315 West Oak Avenue Round Room

The public library teen zone will host an Anti-Valentine's Day event for 7th-12th graders on Friday, February 12th from 7-9 p.m. inside the library round room.  This event is a celebration of being single, and happy about it.  Not everyone has a significant other, or wants one. The teens will be playing games, making crafts, eating garlic flavored foods (to avoid being kissed) and  generally making fun of not being involved with another human being. There might even be a ‘anti-valentine’ appropriate  goody bag as a door prize.
